Seventy percent of illness in the modern world is directly attributed to stress. Stress lead to an increased presence of adrenalin in our body, which in turn leaves us in a constant fight or flight state. The consequences of stress include irritability, frustration, high blood pressure, anxiety, stomach problems, skin problems, headaches, muscle pain, mood swings, insomnia, low mood, and in the long run leave us susceptible to a host of mental and physical illnesses.

We provide an extensive range of holistic treatments that will be personalised for you. We do not have a waiting room so that we can concentrate individually on every client.

On the first visit, the client will fill in a questionnaire with regard to his/her medical history and lifestyle. This will give us an holistic basis for guidelines on how the treatment should be carried out. After the treatment you will get advice on how to increase the positive effects of the treatment.

After ten years of mobile practice and constant development we decided to provide our service in the beautiful setting of Baldoyle Community Forum on Main Street. It is easily approachable by car with plenty of parking, directly beside the bus stop ( 29A ) and only a stone’s throw from the sea.
